About
The Rose & Crown Pub is a popular bar/restaurant located in Tsawwassen. They have a very loyal crowd of regulars as they have build a strong sense of community at the pub. Also, they claim to have the coldest beer in town!
Initial Problem
Rose and Crown didn’t have a website at all. They had grown to a successful pub, but clients were begin to ask about and suggest that they should have a website, and that they were missing out on business because they didn’t have a website.
What They Were Looking For
The Pub was just looking for a quick website that made it easy for people to find them. Also were there community could keep up to date with all the events going on at the Rose and Crown as well as being able to see their food and drink menu.
My Role
My role was to take the look of their printed material, menus and promotional material, and then create a site that match their brand. I had to come up with the design, take some of the photos of the bar and of the menu items, and create some of the copy. Also as time went on I had to make the site responsive, and then update the site to a WordPress site. To make it easier for them to make small edits on their side.
